The deal

Loyalty in Pocket provides a digital loyalty-program platform to participating shops, and a digital membership card to consumers. By using the service you agree to these terms.

Merchant accounts

• You may try the service free for 30 days. After that, your card on file is charged the published rate. If a payment fails, the subscription is paused — we do not chase or invoice.
• You are responsible for what you offer your members and for honoring rewards earned in your program.
• You agree not to use the platform for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive purposes, including selling or sharing member data outside the platform.
• You may cancel any time from your dashboard. We do not pro-rate partial months.

Member accounts

• Your membership card is yours. You may delete your account from your card page at any time.
• Your member ID lives in your browser local storage. If you clear it without setting recovery (email or phone), your card is lost. We warned you.

No warranty, no chasing

The service is provided “as is”. We don't guarantee uptime, deliverability of every email, or specific revenue outcomes for merchants. Our liability is capped at fees paid in the last 12 months.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including the no-cold-email and no-data-resale rules, without refund.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to where you, the merchant, are established. Disputes are resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
